I bought this 5hp, 150PSI, 20 gallon Craftsman Professional compressor on Friday (2/13) from a concrete construction company for $26. Oh you guys are so funny, thats why it didn’t start on gas LMAO. Starting without gushing gas everywhere would be a good thing hehe. Thing is it would not start which makes sence cause the gas line was going nowhere LMAO.

    Wrong oil, use 30 weight. This is a good compressor, love this video, thanks for sharing. Peace :)

    i had a OHC honda like that spare motor, 5hp, had the same exact shaft and that same thick thick thick thick thick oil, it ended up throwing a rod but the oil was really black unlike the stuff that came out of that motor.

I was gonna mention you can get regulators pretty cheep- i also wanted to mention i bot a couple small screw in type air dryer cartigidges pretty cheep from northern tool. Probably most likely someone at that company always got that compressor and probably ’sabatoged’ it to get a new one or bigger one- ive seen it done before.
