Could you use a standard air compressor to pressurize water in a vessel to deliver to a self contained sink (5 gallon fresh water and 6 gallon spent water vessels). Using the same compressor could you use it to pump a keg. Looking for cheaper alternative to a CO2 system and water pump.

You can, but I don't think it would be cheaper. For a compressor to work you'd need a compressor, air tank, and pressure reducer. On the water/beer holding side you'd need tanks that can hold the pressure (granted you probably need only 3 to 4 pounds)

The air from a standard compressor is not consumable because it contains large amounts of water, oil mist, carbon dioxide, and/or carbon monoxide from the compressor itself. With filters and condensation traps it may work for your sink, but I don't think I would want it in my beer.

Not unless you want to get sick. Too many contaminants in a compressor tank.
